Even if you find a product in the market written “oil-free” on it, it is not enough. The pores clogging ingredients can still be present in that product.

The moisturizers you use for the nourishment of your skin contain lanolin. That is highly comedogenic. The chemical lanolin attempts to flush itself out which consequently results in acne, blackheads, whiteheads and pimples. Also, algae extract can be found in most concealers that are rated a ‘5’ on the comedogenic scale. The algae extract has a high content of iodides that afflicts the pores and algae extract penetrates the pores and accelerates the growth of micro comedones.
